The service

HomeDependable is a free concierge service for homeowners. We vet home-service companies and coordinate quotes or in-home visits on your behalf. The service is free to homeowners.

We're a matchmaker, not the contractor

We connect you with independent, third-party service companies. We vet them carefully, but we do not perform the work ourselves and are not a party to any agreement you make with a company. Any contract, pricing, warranty, and the work itself are between you and the company you choose to hire.

Your responsibilities

Please give us accurate information so we can match you well, and treat the companies we introduce professionally. You are free to hire, or not hire, anyone we suggest — there is no obligation.

We work hard to vet every company, but we can't guarantee outcomes. The service is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, HomeDependable is not liable for the acts, omissions, or work of the independent companies we introduce.
