When you submit a request, we collect what you give us: the service you need, details and any photos you add, your timing, your ZIP code and address, and your contact information (name, phone, and optionally email). If you use the optional voice note, your device transcribes your speech to text in your browser, and that text is processed by our AI provider to draft your project description — we don't store the audio recording. We also collect basic, non-identifying analytics about how the site is used.

How we use your information

We use your information to understand your request, vet appropriate service companies, coordinate quotes or visits, and follow up with you. We share the relevant details of your request with the specific company or companies matched to your job so they can serve you.

What we don't do

We do not sell your personal information. We do not broadcast your phone number to a marketplace of contractors. You have one point of contact for your request: us.
